Clay Figures:

Clay figurines are made by hand-made non-resin. After shaping, they are grilled at high temperature and will not deform or fade after baking. If there is an ash layer that stick dirty stuffs while the clay figurine has been placed for a long time , just use a damp cloth or water to clean it gently.

Production time:

Dear customer, 5-8 days to observe the sample after placing the order and provided the photos , and change the sample every other day to see the modified sample. When we confirm the sample then bake it and ship it in 2 days. Normal customization is usually controlled within 10-15 days. The specific delivery time is based on the number of modifications by the customer.

About the price:

The above quotation is the full production fee of the doll and the base. Other scenes such as pets, background walls, stools, sofas need additional sculpture fees. For details, please contact our customer service.

Production process:

Photo requirements:

1. Clear facial features
2. Your favorite clothes and poses. Different poses and clothes can be provided in different photos, or one photo that could see the whole body can be customized.

During production:

1. Modification can be proposed if you are not satisfied with your face after the sample
2. The doll clothes, pose and base can not be modified.

Packaging and delivery:

1. Clay figurines are purely handmade sculptures. In some cases, slight fingerprints may appear. Hope you can understand.
2. Customers can use glue to stick the products when it broken which caused by transportation problems. We will compensate the corresponding wear and tear. If the damage is large, we will redo the clay figurines and send them free of charge. please understand us that it do not allowed to return, after all, this is a customized product that can't be sold at the second time.

Before ordering:

1. The clay figurine belongs to the master's handmade sculpture. He cannot be exactly the same as the photo provided, but we can guarantee that the similarity is above 70%.
2. Any damage caused by transportation: Minor problems are troublesome for customers to handle by themselves, we will provide corresponding compensation; For major problems, we are responsible for redo and delivery, but it can not be the reason for return.
3. Each work is tailored according to the customer's requirements. The corresponding labor and material costs have been incurred as soon as a sample is issued. Cannot be returned for any reason halfway. If the customer is refunded, they will bear 70% of the order fee.
